ELGIN City boss Gavin Price has admitted the club would consider loan deals for wantaway striker Shane Sutherland (right).

The former Inverness CT frontman has been unsettled at Borough Briggs for some time.

A permanent move away from the club in the summer failed to materialise although Stirling Albion and Peterhead were reportedly interested in the player.

However, now it appears that the loan route could see Sutherland leave the club.

Price said: "We will look at it to see if it would benefit him and if it would benefit the club. It is not something I am desperate to make happen."

Sutherland remains in Price's plans for this weekend's trip to Berwick Rangers.
