On-loan Keith duo Jack Grant and Gregor MacDonald have also both been let go.
Central defender Jack Murray, who was on loan with Buckie Thistle, has been let go, too, along with Elgin-based Joel MacBeath.
Thomas Brady, Tom Kelly, James Wallace and Tommy Dixon-Hodges were the other youngsters let go, alongside first team players Lewis Spence, Sean Kelly, Declan McManus and Richard Foster.
