ROTHES beat Nairn County to book a Moray derby date in the League Cup quarter-finals.
The Speysiders will play host to Keith on Saturday after sweeping to a comfortable 4-1 success over County on Wednesday night.
MacKessack Park was finally playable for the first round tie, which had been postponed three times before.
Rothes soon set about fulfilling their mission to make cup progress, taking a 25th minute lead when Steven Anderson fired home.
The home side doubled their advantage just before half time, Ali Sutherland netting his 11th of the season with a simple finish following good work by Anderson.
It was Anderson who made it three shortly after half time and sub Aidan Wilson found the net from 25 yards to add gloss to the Speysiders' night.
Nairn did grab a late consolation through Liam Shewan but Ross Jack's side marched on to the last eight.
In Saturday's three other quarter-finals, Buckie host Fraserburgh, Forres are at home to Formartine and Brora make the trip to Huntly.
