The win was inspired by a man of the match display from Russell Dingwall, who scored his ninth goal of the season in the Borough Briggs success.

Elgin are three points clear of nearest rivals Spartans with two games to go in the race for the play-offs.

Dingwall spoke after the match about the sparkling team display and the effort to finish in the top four and make the play-offs.
