Lossie beat Keith 2-0 at Grant Park on Saturday to move above the Maroons in the Highland League table.

Stewart scored after just two minutes and spoke after the match - see interview above - about his delight with a goalscoring contribution for the second Saturday in a row.

The former New Elgin Juniors captain also netted in Lossie's first-ever win at Turriff seven days earlier, another 2-0 success for the Moray side at The Haughs.

He spoke about adapt to life in the Highland League in his debut season and how Lossie have benefited from several former New Elgin players, including himself, stepping up to senior level.

Stewart stayed up for an early Lossie corner and put himself in the six yard box to poke home Ryan Stuart's low cross with just 90 seconds on the clock.

The score stayed 1-0 until the 64th minute when a good Lossie move down the right saw Stuart break past his man and cross for Ross Morrison, who skipped inside his marker and rifled a low finish under keeper Craig Reid.
