WATCH: Second semi-final in Centenary tournament between Inverurie Locos and Peterhead decided by penalty shootout

THE final of the Centenary tournament will be between hosts Elgin City and Aberdeenshire neighbours Peterhead.

The Blue Toon triumphed against Inverurie Locos following a penalty shootout.

The second game on Saturday had ended 1-1 and the match went straight to penalties.

Logan Johnstone had put Locos ahead in the first half but Connor O'Keefe levelled for the League 1 side after the break.

The mini tournament is celebrating 100 years at Borough Briggs for Elgin City.

The team are wearing a special Centenary anniversary kit this weekend.

The defeated pair of Highland League champions Fraserburgh and Inverurie Locos will play the consolation match at 12noon on Sunday.

The final between Elgin City and Peterhead will kick off at 4pm.
