Club chairman Graham Tatters warned that supporters must follow all instructions given to them or else future fan test events may not be permitted.

Elgin were given the go-ahead on Thursday to welcome fans back to their ground for the first time since March.

The SPFL will allow the club to accommodate 220 people in four standing areas of Borough Briggs specifically designated to season ticket holders.

Full instructions will be given to attending supporters beforehand and club stewards will be on hand during Saturday's match to ensure everything goes smoothly.

Tatters said in his match programme notes that he hopes supporters enjoy being back at games, but warned that there will be watching eyes in the stadium.

"For those attending, remember this is a trial event," he said.

"A delegate from the SPFL is in attendance and they have the power to stop further trial events.

"Therefore, I urge everyone: please adhere to the instructions of the stewards during the game.

"A successful event today means that we will be permitted to have further games with fans in attendance."

Club secretary Keiran Carty said all fans eligible to attend on Saturday will be given information on how to make their return to football a safe one.

A code of conduct is available on the club website, while fans unable to attend can pay for a live stream of the full match to watch from home.
