MORE (Hopeman). The family of the late Charles David More (Dave) would like to express their sincere thanks to their relatives and friends for the support and sympathy shown to them in their recent sad loss. Thanks for the many cards, flowers and messages of comfort received. Thank you for all who helped to care for Dave these past few weeks, with a special thanks to the district nurses who have been a great support to him for many years. Special thanks also to Christine McWhirter for her fitting and comforting services at the church and graveside, and to the Rev Jenny Adams for her care over the years. Thank you to Dan Ralph for his care and compassion with the funeral arrangements and to the ladies who provided the refreshments. Thanks to all who joined us at the church and graveside, and finally, to the good people of Hopeman who stood out in the pouring rain to pay their last respects to Dave. A sum of £350 was collected at the service for church funds.
