BELL (Elgin). Peacefully, at Dr Gray's Hospital, Elgin, on Tuesday, 5th March, 2019, William (Billy), aged 86 years, a beloved dad, granda, great-granda, brother and uncle. Funeral service at the W.G. Catto Funeral Home, Linkwood Road, Elgin, on Wednesday, 13th March, at 12.00 noon, to which all friends are respectfully invited. Family flowers only, but donations if desired, to PDSA.
