BROOKS - (Elgin). Peacefully, after a long illness, at Dr. Gray's Hospital, Elgin on Thursday, 16th March, 2023, Heather Angela Toye, aged 77 years, of Wiseman Road, Elgin. Dearly beloved wife of Stuart Brooks, much loved mother of Rachael, devoted nana to George and Freddie, and a dear sister. Funeral service at St. Sylvester's Church, Elgin on Friday, 31st March, at 11am. Thereafter to Elgin Cemetery. All friends respectfully invited. Family flowers only please.
