BURROUGHS (Elgin). Peacefully, at ARI, after a short illness, with family by his side. Vic, aged 75, beloved dad to Heidi and stepson Tony, also grandpa and great grandpa to Emma, Alex, Lucy and Conor. Funeral service at Moray Crematorium on Monday, 9th January, at 11.30am. All friends respectfully invited. Family flowers only, but donations if desired, to the RAF Benevolent Fund.
