WHELAN - Charles Richard (Dick). Peacefully, at Dr. Gray's Hospital, Elgin, on Wednesday, 19th July, 2023, aged 82 years. Much loved dad of Nina, Chris, Mark and Catriona, and a loving father-in-law, grandad, brother, brother-in-law and uncle. Funeral ceremony at William Watson Funeral Directors, Blackfriars Road, Elgin, at 3pm on Tuesday, 8th August, 2023. All friends respectfully invited. Family flowers only please.
