A96 cleared at Lhanbryde after collision and one person taken to hospital

ONE person was taken to hospital following a collision earlier today on the A96.

It has been confirmed that three vehicles were actually involved in the incident just east of Lhanbryde, close to the Threaplands garden centre.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 12.45pm on Friday, 26 May, 2023, police were called to the A96 near Lhanbryde, following a report of a three-vehicle crash.

"One person was taken to hospital for assessment and the road was cleared around 1.40pm.”
