Police have released a CCTV image of missing Elgin man Peter Binet.

When last seen he was wearing a black coat, purple hat, purple scarf and sunglasses. He is around 6ft2, of a very thin build and is bald.

Sergeant Kev McPherson said: “It has been three days since Peter was last seen and as more time passes our concerns for him grow. He is known to travel to other parts of the UK – as far as London – and also frequently travels to Inverness. I ask anyone who has seen a man matching Peter’s description to get in touch as soon as possible and in particular if you have seen him on any public transport leaving the area.

“Peter is vulnerable and because of his vulnerabilities I would ask anyone that sees him to get in touch with Police rather than approach him directly. Please contact Police on 101 quoting ref. no. MPR1095460419.”
