Gill Redmond has created an amazing rainbow arch heart design outside her home at Easter Covesea, near Lossiemouth.

She used 550 balloons in the design.

Her efforts were part of a worldwide challenge on April 11 and 12 called One Million Bubbles.

The aim was for balloon designers around the world to help fill their neighbours, towns and cities with a little joy.

Gill said: "It is about providing a little bit of hope and cheer at this time.

"Rainbows are a big thing at the moment so I thought I would do something around that theme."

Gill and husband Mark, who is in a high risk category, are self-isolating at home with their two daughters aged 21 and 18.

Gill normally caters to the business hospitality and entertainment sector through her BeeDeck Balloons company.

The One Million Bubbles challenged had declared: "Nothing brings smiles to people’s faces like balloons do, and the professional balloon decorating and entertainment industry wants to help people find their smiles and joy during this challenging and frightening time we have entered."
