THE Claire Hastings Band will be appearing at the Universal Hall in Findhorn this Saturday.

The Glasgow-based singer has made a name for herself on the folk scene since winning BBC Young Traditional Musician of the Year in 2015.

She has toured throughout the UK, Europe and New Zealand as a solo artist, and with The Claire Hastings Band, sharing the stage with the likes of Lulu, Jamie Cullum, Deacon Blue and the BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra.

Her second album ‘Those Who Roam’, released at Celtic Connections 2019, features both traditional and original songs under the theme of journeys.

On stage from 8pm. Tickets £14 (£12 cons, £10 u16s). Available at www.universalhall.co.uk and from the Phoenix Stores, Findhorn.
