Danielle Price is a former MCB member who graduated with distinction from the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland. Since then she has explored the unique solo capabilities of the tuba as well as being a member of a number of musical groups including the Pure Brass Quintet and Dopey Monkey.

The concert will include tunes from the musical Grease and Abba and tickets are £8 for adults and £6 for concessions, with doors opening at 7pm for a 7.30pm start.

Two days later, on Sunday, November 17, GM Brass will return to the stage of St Giles Church.

This is a group of musicians – young and old and all with connections to Moray – who will come together for an evening of easy listening tunes including some Beatles classics, The Wind Beneath my Wings and the Circle of Life from The Lion King.

This concert is being held in aid of the MFR Cash for Kids Charity which makes a real difference to the lives of children and young people across Moray and the North east. Tickets are £8 for adults and £6 for concessions, with doors opening at 7pm for a 7.30pm start.

Glenn Munro, musical director of Moray Concert Brass and the organiser of the weekend concerts said: "We are very lucky to have so many talented musicians who have grown up here in in Moray and this weekend is an wonderful opportunity to hear both the current young musicians of the area as well as those who have continued to developed their musical careers coming together to entertain us."
