Organised by the Department of Work and Pensions (DWP) there will be a mix of local employers in attendance to advertise current and future vacancies but also a selection of partner organisations who can offer support and guidance on a range of topics.

Among the employers schedule to attend are Associated Seafoods, Deans of Huntly, Johnstone's of Elgin and Walkers.

There will be representation from the following support organisations: Moray Wellbeing Hub – to support with mental health; Social Security Scotland – information on how to make a claim for Adult Disability Payment; Moray Works – providing support to apply for vacancies; NHS Healthpoint – from top to toe any health questions answered.

Buckie Marketplace is set to take place on Wednesday, November 2 from 10am to 12 noon at the Buckie Baptist Church hall on Cluny Place.

Registration for the session is via Eventbrite, where a full list of the employers and other organisations can be found. This list is subject to change.

Those attending are advised to bring an up-to-date CV – although this is not essential – and be prepared to chat to different employers from organisations across Moray who are recruiting.
