Back to business as usual again for Buckie Harbour fish landings

IT was back to business as usual on the fish landings front after the festive holidays.

After two weeks of no landings, last week saw 453 boxes of fish/prawns/squid and no bags of clams landed.

Taking their catches to the quayside were: Our May; Pegasus; Lily Oak VI; Chloe Ella; Pleiades; Boy Sam.

One cargo vessel called at Buckie last week, the Dutch-registered MV Jekerborg. She arrived light from Montrose on January 9, exporting 2702.32 tonnes of barley to Hamburg two days later.
