Careers advisers standing by to provide support

PUPILS across Moray will receive their exam results tomorrow and are being reminded that support is at hand.

A free helpline – 0808 100 8000 – giving information and advice is being operated by expert advisers from Skills Development Scotland (SDS).

They can discuss next steps with young people receiving their results and provide more information to parents and carers who are keen to understand the choices available.

SDS's director of career information, advice and guidance pperations, James Russell, said: "If your results aren’t what you expected don’t panic, you have lots of options.

"Skills Development Scotland is Scotland’s career service and our experienced advisers are here to help you and your parents and carers with information on all the options and opportunities available to you."

Tomorrow and Wednesday the results helpline will be available from 8am-8pm and then from 9am-5pm on weekdays from August 8-14.
