Now in its third year, the awards acknowledge and celebrate the achievements of female entrepreneurs, businesswomen, professionals and charity workers across Scotland.

Sarah joined Moray Chamber of Commerce in 2015 and works with businesses of all sizes and sectors across the region, as well as politicians, government agencies and stakeholders.

Craig Robertson, area manager for Business Gateway, said: "Sarah’s direct and honest approach has always meant that she has had a voice and the business community she represents know they have someone who is passionate about business and will always support them with integrity."

Last year's Woman of Influence award went to Donalda McKinnon, the head of programme and services at BBC Scotland.

Over 300 business representatives are due to attend the awards, which take place at Glasgow's Crowne Plaza Hotel on August 28.
