Spring tides and gale force winds have sparked warnings of possible coastal flooding in Moray.

The Scottish Environment Protection Agency has issued the alert, and dozens of other flood warnings, this afternoon.

A spokesperson said: "Due to a combination of large surge, spring tides and wave and spray overtopping, there is a risk of some localised coastal flooding to low-lying exposed coastal areas on Wednesday and Thursday and there may be some disruption to travel.

Meanwhile, the Met Office has also issued a yellow warning for gale force winds from 4am tomorrow until 1pm the same day.
