Consultants have been brought in to draw up plans for two major housing developments in Elgin.

That will be followed on Thursday with a drop-in focusing on the Bilbohall proposals, taking place at the Alexander Graham Bell Centre at Moray College UHI from 2-7pm.

Consultants appointed by Moray Council and Grampian Housing Association, who form part of the Bilbohall Consortium, to prepare planning applications for both sites will be on hand to speak to residents about their thoughts on the design and layout of the housing developments.

Planning applications for both sites are expected to be submitted later this year. Comments or enquiries about these events should be directed to laura.mcgowan@landuse.co.uk.
