ELGIN City has helped provide some festive cheer to people who might not be spending Christmas at home with family and loved ones.

On the morning of Wednesday, December 22, the club delivered 75 Christmas-themed hampers to Dr Gray's in Elgin and 25 to ambulance crews.

The 75 hampers at Dr Gray's were split equally between the mental health, high dependency and children's wards.

A total of 25 hampers went to the children's ward. Pictured are (l-r): From left to right. Keiran Carty, Nicky French, Lillian Brown, Karen Merrin and Jamie Alexander.

Elgin City partnered up with the SPFL Trust, David Guidi – owner of Bridge 45/The Salt Cellar in Lossiemouth and Tesco Elgin to make the hampers.

The hampers were filled with Christmas goodies and Elgin City merchandise, for both staff and residents. David Guidi donated a £10 Voucher for all hampers.
