Man hospitalised after two-vehicle crash in Brodie as enquiries into incident begin

A MAN has been hospitalised after a two-vehicle crash in Brodie.

The incident took place yesterday at around 3pm, with the man taken to Raigmore Hospital in Inverness.

Enquiries into the crash are now underway.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “At around 3.05pm on Thursday, November 17, officers were called to a two-vehicle crash on the A96 near Forres.

"One man was taken to Raigmore Hospital and enquiries are ongoing.”

Last night, before news of the man's hospitalisation, Moray's SNP MSP Richard Lochhead expressed his concern at the accident.

He said: “I’m aware that this accident will cause further concern to local residents who have expressed real worries about the number of incidents in the area in recent months.

"This is something I’ve raised with Police Scotland and the roads authorities.”
