A FARM located four miles outside of Elgin has been put up for sale for offers over £835,000.
Cockmuir Farm, near Fogwatt, extends to about 45.6 hectares. The land includes a mix of amenity areas and productive land. That includes about 26 hectares of arable land, 12 hectares of paddocks, 12.9 hectares of woodland and 4.3 hectares of wetland.

Glabraith says there is "ample" parking space for several vehicles and that the grounds are protected to the north by some recently planted mixed species woodland in addition to a further strip planted on the western edge of the farm.
A stone and slate built steading adjacent to the house offers livestock accommodation but could also be developed into additional accommodation subject to planning permission.
