THE Fiona Elcock Vaccination Centre in Elgin will begin accepting adults for walk-in booster jabs from next week.

More than 50 per cent of Moray's eligible population have already received their third dose of a Covid-19 vaccine, with everyone aged 18 plus now welcome to attend a drop-in session.

Boosters can only be administered more than 12 weeks after the second dose. Those who have tested positive for the virus must wait 28 days from their positive test to get the booster.

Festive opening hours for vaccination clinics are currently being revised and updated, with more information on these to be shared next week.

In addition to the Fiona Elcock Centre, Cullen Pharmacy is open on Saturday and Sunday (December 18 and 19) for booster clinics.
