SEPA has issued several flood warnings for parts of Moray as Storm Babet continues to batter much of the country.
A regional flood alert is in place for Findhorn, Nairn, Moray and Speyside.
However, more severe flood warnings are in place for more localised areas in the region.
That includes Aberlour, Craigellachie and Dandaleith where river levels in the lower Spey are expected to rise slowly but steadily.
Agricultural land is at risk of flooding in the area and low lying properties and roads are also at risk.
A warning is also in place for Spey Viaduct to Spey Bay where low lying areas are at risk.
Properties and roads in Kingston and Garmouth are also at risk, including the B9015 Kingston Road. Flooding problems may be worse in these areas around high tide.
SEPA has also issued a warning for Boat O'Brig to Spey Viaduct where agricultural land along the Spey Valley from Rothes is at risk as well as low lying properties and roads.
