Flybe goes into administration

MORAY travellers flying to and from Inverness and Aberdeen airports with Flybe in the next few days will have to make alternative travel plans after the troubled airline collapsed last night.

All flights have been grounded and the UK business has ceased trading with immediate effect.

Customers due to fly with Flybe, have been urged not to travel to the airport unless they have booked an alternative flight with another airline.

Flybe is not able to arrange alternative flights for passengers.

Customers are also advised to monitor the Civil Aviation Authority website for further information (www.caa.co.uk).
