POLICE have charged four people in connection with a series of break-ins across the north east.
The incidents are said to have happened in Moray, Aberdeenshire and Aberdeen and took place between April and July this year.
Two men, aged 37 and 25, and two women, 35 and 26, have been charged in connection with six housebreakings and one theft.
The quartet were also charged in connection with a further incident which police say took place in the Glenrothes area of Fife.
They are due to appear at Aberdeen Sheriff Court today (July 17).
