Four youths who caused "annoyance" in New Elgin area charged with multiple offences

POLICE say four youths that have been causing "annoyance" in the New Elgin area have been charged.
The quartet were charged with 12 offences by police on Friday, August 25.
It is understood that the offences relate to antisocial behaviour, vandalism, assault and robbery.
