Grampian coronavirus figure rises to 335

THE number of people testing positive for coronavirus in Grampian stands at 335 today – a rise of 22 cases from yesterday.

Some 615 patients who have tested positive have now died throughout Scotland.

There are 86 people in hospital in the NHS Grampian area with suspected or confirmed coronavirus, with 13 receiving intensive care.

Throughout Scotland a total of 32,855 people have now been tested, with 6,358 positive cases.

As of yesterday, April 13, a total of 6,330 staff, or around 3.8% of the NHS workforce, reported as absent due to a range of reasons related to COVID-19.
