Hamish lives at the Royal Zoological Society of Scotland’s Highland Wildlife Park.

The wildlife conservation charity’s cold weather adapted and native animals have been taking the frosty conditions in their stride at their home in the Cairngorms National Park.

Hamish, who celebrated his second birthday in December, has been doing what comes naturally for a polar bear.

Founded in 1909, the society’s purpose is to connect people with nature and safeguard species from extinction. It also owns Edinburgh Zoo.
