HEALTH and other advice will be on the move when a mobile information bus rolls into Moray.

In a bid to support outlying communities, Moray Pathways have collaborated with NHS Grampian and have arranged a series of visits.

The aim of the NHS Mobile Information Bus is to help local residents get access to the services they require. The bus will offer access to free information, advice and support from a wide range of community partners.

Visits begin on October 24 in Buckie, on Milton Drive between 10am and 12.30pm and then at Tesco between 1.30pm and 4pm, and will then hit a number of other Moray towns in the following weeks.

A visit to Forres Health Centre will take place on Tuesday, October 31, from 9.30am and 3.30pm, before visits to Keith Tesco (between 9.30am and Noon) and Lossiemouth Health Centre (1.30pm to 4pm) on November 7.

The bus will visit Elgin on November 14. It will visit the Glassgreen at Scotmid from 9.30am until Noon and Springfield Retail Park (outside Pets at Home) from 1.30pm and 4pm.

On the bus will be representatives from The Department of Work and Pensions (DWP); DWP Disability Employment Adviser; NHS Healthpoint and Moray Council keyworkers.
