PICTURES: Keith and District Young Farmers Club celebrate Scotland's bard with Burns supper
KEITH and District Young Farmers Club have celebrated Scotland's bard with a busy Burns supper.
Around 180 people attended the celebrations and danced the night away from music to MacTa.
Secretary Abbie McGillivray said: "It was a great night, it was really fine to have the Burns supper back for another year and everyone had fun."
The Burns supper was also an opportunity for the Keith Young Farmers to celebrate the achievements of both individuals and the club. Throughout the year, the club has competed in competitions with the national young farmers association and has won trophies in the industrial and construction sections, as well as in stock judging and field contests.
Plenty of trophies were handed out throughout the night, before the group enjoyed some haggis, neeps and tatties and some dancing.
Abbie added: "There was lots of organising but it definitely paid off in the end. Everything went really well and went to plan and it was a great night."
