Two local branches of NFU Mutual have between them donated over £3200 to the Keith Cancer Link.

The cash comes from the insurance company's Keith and Turriff offices.

Isobel Sadowski and Chris Viney, who are members of the charity's committee, accepted a cheque for exactly £3221.50p.

Keith Cancer Link is celebrating its 40th anniversary this year, having helped hundreds of people over the decades.

The charity arranges transport for patients to take them to medical appointments, not just in Keith and Elgin, but further afield to Aberdeen and Inverness.

It also holds a meeting on the last Thursday of each month at the Keith British Legion.
