Keith cooking oil theft sparks Police appeal

POLICE are asking to public to help them crack a Moray cooking oil theft case.

On the night of Saturday, January 7, drums of cooking oil were stolen from a licensed premises at Regent Square in Keith.

The theft, believed to have happened at around 10.45pm, has led Police to ask the public for information.

Police mentioned a white Ford Transit van in their appeal.

PC Mackinnon, from Buckie Community Policing Team said: "About 10.45pm on Saturday, January 7, 2023 drums of cooking oil were stolen from a licensed premises at Regent Square.

"We are appealing for members of the public who saw a white transit van in the area at that time and anyone who has dashcam or CCTV to contact us."
