Landings fall at at Buckie Harbour

FISH landings at Buckie Harbour fell by more than half last week compared to the week before.

Thirteen vessels landed 310 boxes of fish/prawns/squid and no bags of clams, as opposed to 631 boxes and 187 bags the week prior

Bringing their catches to the quayside were: Flourish II; Defiant; Deeside; Crimson Arrow; Chloe Ella; Friendly Isle; Illustrious; Radiance; Our May; Boy Sam; Pegasus; Beverly Ann; Lily Oak VI.

A single cargo vessel – the MV Liva Greta (Liberia) – imported 984.94 tonnes of malt from Mistley on September 25 before sailing light to Tilbury three days later.
