Lhanbryde Guild recognises 50 years service by Meg Anderson

A PRESENTATION has been made to a long serving member of St Andrews-Lhanbryd and Urquhart Church Guild who has clocked up 50 years with the organisation.

At the guild's meeting on Tuesday, March 21, a certificate of long service, badge and flowers were presented to Meg Anderson in recognition of her 50 years service to the guild.

The presentation was made by Sheila Silvestri, convener.

Afterwards, a special cake made by Moira Anderson was cut by Meg and enjoyed by all the members.
