Man arrested after house in Keith set alight

A man has been arrested after a house in Keith was deliberately set alight.

The property on Smiddie Lane was targeted a week last Saturday.

A police spokesperson said: "Following a recent appeal for information in relation to a wilful fireraising, a 34-year-old man has been arrested."

The man is expected to appear at Inverness Sheriff Court later today.
