Man reported missing from Huntly home found 'safe and well'

A MAN reported missing from his Huntly home has been traced 'safe and well'.

Police shared an appeal asking for information regarding the whereabouts of David Currie (61) on Wednesday afternoon.

They confirmed he was found with a short statement shortly after 5pm.

"David Currie, who was reported missing from Huntly, has been traced safe and well," a statement read.

"Thank you to all who shared our appeal."
