Police appealing for help as Scott Moar (26) reported missing from New Elgin

POLICE Scotland is appealing for assistance to trace a man reported missing from the New Elgin area.
Scott Moar (26) was last seen around 9.30pm on Wednesday, April 22, on Brinuth Place.
He is described as around six foot tall, heavy build with a shaved head. When last seen, he was wearing an all grey Adidas track suit.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked to call police on 101, quoting reference number 4261 of April 22.
