Maria Sharapova a picture of happiness in Moray

Former Wimbledon winner Maria Sharapova had her photo taken outside Ballindalloch Castle during a recent visit to Moray.

The 34-year-old Russian, who now lives in Florida, has shared various holiday snaps on her Instagram account HERE

Sharapova beat Serena Williams in the 2004 Wimbledon final.

During her career she also won the Australian Open and the US Open, as well as the French Open twice.

People are now allowed to travel from the US to the UK if they have been vaccinated twice.
