Missing Elgin teenager found

Police Scotland have stated that an Elgin teenager who went missing yesterday has been found.

A spokesperson for the force said: "We can confirm Tommy Smith, 13, who had been reported missing in Elgin has been traced safe and well.

"Thank you to everyone who shared our previous appeal for information."
