FINDOCHTY Church and the Cullen Viaduct are glowing red this weekend in tribute to past and present Armed Forces.

A number of Moray landmarks will "Light Up Red" in support of the Scottish Poppy Appeal – including Cullen Viaduct; the Hall Church in Cullen; Cullen War Memorial; Findochty Church; Covesea Lighthouse at Lossiemouth; Buckie Community Shop; and the poppy lights by Burghead War Memorial.

More than 120 Scottish landmarks, from iconic castles to local churches and schools, will Light Up Red.

Members of the public are being encouraged to take pictures of local buildings lit up red and share them on social media, tagging @Poppyscotland and using the hashtags #LightUpRed #BehindThemAlways and #ScottishPoppyAppeal.

Most of the buildings and landmarks will be lit up from now until Armistice Day, on November 11.
