Moray business wins national Fashion Salon title

A MORAY hair salon has been named as the UK's Fashion Salon of the Year.

Lossiemouth's KAM Hair and Body Spa was presented with the 2019 Salon Business Award during a ceremony in London at the weekend.

Judges praised the salon for its strong links with fashion and on-trend services.

As they were celebrating the win, the team learned they are finalists in the Hair Awards Regional Salon (Scotland) category, with winners to be announced in September.

KAM owner Karen Thomson said: "To have won and finalised for these awards is unbelievable and myself and the team are truly delighted.

"To be recognised for these awards is such an honour and really great for our salon. What a fantastic first half of 2019!

"I can’t wait to see what the rest of the year holds for our salon and we have our fingers crossed for the Hair Awards final in September!"
