Norma Matheson, Moray Council's benefits manager, put together the graphic – which you can find on the council's website.

She said: "This time of year can be particularly financially challenging, but there is support out there for people who require help with money.

"Whether it is a short-term crisis grant, exploring eligibility for benefits or help to take control of debts, we and our partners have experienced, skilled staff ready to support individuals and families across Moray."

Money Advice, Income Maximisation, Scottish Welfare Fund and Welfare Benefits are all Moray Council related and can be contacted on 03001 234563.
