Glenfarclas Distillery has submitted plans to build two addtional warehouses for whisky storage.

Each proposed building will have the capacity to store approximately 2500 casks.

The distillery, which is owned by the Grant family, currently has about 68,000 casks maturing at its site in Ballindalloch.

A report written by planning officers ahead of Moray Council's meeting on Tuesday is recommending that permission be granted.
