CREATING a flexible and fair working environment will be at the heart of a forthcoming workshop.

Moray employers are being invited along to the Flexible and Fair Work workshop in Elgin Town Hall on Thursday, September 14.

During this workshop, participants will explore innovative strategies and best practices to promote flexibility and fairness in the workplace. A panel of expert speakers will share valuable insights and practical tips on implementing flexible working arrangements, fostering work-life balance, and promoting diversity and inclusion.

The event is being billed as a fantastic opportunity for employers in Moray to network, exchange ideas, and learn from each other's experiences. This workshop will provide the tools and knowledge to create an inclusive and supportive work environment. Everyone from small business owners to HR professional are welcome.
