LOVE will be in the air when The Dotty Crotchets host a fundraising concert later this month.
The popular musicians will present All You Need Is Love at Elgin Town Hall's Supper Room in support of a new beach wheelchair, to be used at Lossiemouth's West Beach.
Stored at the Ponderosa Cafe, the wheelchair will be made available to anyone with a disability who would love to get out on to the sand, in return for a donation to help with its maintenance.
All You Need Is Love will showcase a collection of favourite love songs as well as an afternoon tea of sandwiches and cakes.
The Crotchets are a group of friends with a shared love of music and entertaining who come together on a regular basis to perform music from a wide range of genres.
The group is made up of sopranos Helen McKellar and Maureen Halkett, tenor Douglas Clark, pianist Clare Penny and flautist, pianist and contralto Rosemary Anderson.
With talent aplenty, their musical repertoire covers everything from opera to Scottish songs and from light pop classics to sacred music.
The concert takes place on Sunday, February 23 at 2.30pm and tickets, priced £10, are available from Unique in Lossiemouth, Sirology on Elgin's Batchen Street, or by contacting Helen on 07890 649971.
